#MrMurray says good night. We had a very long day and he's pooped out.

Plant based. It's a hard concept to many, but I have actually been a no eyes and no dairy for many years. It wasn't all that hard. But then I went back to meat. I'm not going to say that I won't eat meat again because I know I will. But what I will do is change up into mainly a plant-based diet. Which I have done before and I can do again and in fact I like. This is a zucchini stuffed with mushrooms and a cauliflower filling. It is very good and filling. I winged It. So I need to do it again so I can write down the recipe for you all. But I loved it and I'm going to make it again for a recipe detailed post. It'll be on my blog and I'll let you know when it will appear.

From #Sheckyville. I love the clouds. Against the canyon the clouds make a beautiful contrast here. With a play on creative shots the mood gets to the visitor... I hope.

The difference between the Scottish and The Irish Whiskey are huge. I'm prepping for Scotland. I do know the Peats are too harsh (at this time), and I'm tasting with food. #Beef is a given for this drink, but who knew #carmel #chocolate tasted wonderful with it! 😃 Having some #apples now with a #Grangestone 18 Year Sherry Cask single Malt. Not so bad folks. I think an orange something would be wonderful with this too. Suggestions?

Was in the garden today again. The weather is perfect for it. There's so much work and weeds to pull, but I love it. The roses are still not in full bloom yet but the tulips are coming up and surprising me daily. Heres a few pics of my beauties.

More #breadpudding and it was so good with soaked whisky raisins. It gets better everytime. I dislike to waste.
