~Postcard Freebie~
I think everyone here knows how much I love antique postcards. I have hundreds. Since I do have some Junk Journal crafters out there I thought I would do a freebie out to you of a postcard sent to the town I grew up in bearing it’s antique glory of smudges and all. It was a fun discovery to read, in particular since it was the same street I lived on for awhile. These three pulled up a seat to take a pic and postcard it, a theme that was popular back in the early 1900s.
All you have to do is click on the photo and then download the PDF. You can resize it after you print it out easily by copying it and sizing it. Print on heavy card stock to make pockets or just an insert to an envelope. Stamp, digitize, and have some cutting fun.
Deep breath… This is the first time I have offered a PDF and embedding them is new to me but I hope it works because I am planning to do this more often. I do have an Etsy that you can get more and printables get uploaded as I create them so I hope you take a look. Printables are not expensive and they are immediate which I love love love. So I hope you do too!
The weather seems to have changed to beautiful Spring weather right in time for the holidays here at Sheckyville. I am sending much happiness for the holiday of your choice and wishing much celebrating to you. I am planning to have an egg sandwich and just sit and relax. Peace be to you.
Til next time…

I love those vintage cards. I miss handwriting.
Me too, it’s an art gone by.
What a lovely gift! Thank you, and I love the photo and the message. Would that we were so thoughtful now!
So sweet! And yes, I would love to get postcards. I think they are better than messages on the phone.
I was able to download the PDF. It’s about 73 degrees here in Vegas, a very nice day!
Oh great! Yes, I just came in from outside. It’s a beautiful day!
More of them to come soon I hope.
Thank you John! I am so glad you liked them. Yes, indeed, I have so many that I wish I had time for a couple of Easter Cards, but definitely there will be more. Happy Easter to you!
