~Pull Up A Seat~
Today was Mrs. Shecky’s escape and she went to visit the wellness center to set herself up for physical exercise to get her raring to go again. With the second shot of COVID vaccine in, she is ready to fly.
This is a new center and even though I am not a contemporary person in the furniture department, it was relaxing to look at and had a nice calming feel. As you can see, if the early bird gets in before the worm she gets her named called first *Yes!*
This is an interesting little area that one does not see anymore in public places… A Public Telephone and a chair to pull up a seat and make that important call. This going back to basics was a nice sight to see. Call me old fashioned, but I do miss those phone booths.
Then there was this area set aside for education. A nice sunny spot with a background perfect for listening to a teacher or watching educational videos.
Soon enough there were people coming in so no more photos were taken because of privacy, but it was a nice refreshing change to walk into a medical care center and feel calm. Very strange to say that… but it was.
