Blenderlicious. Mushroom Soup. Having leftover mushrooms is a great thing for this soup lover. I'll be posting how I made this on Mrs Sheckey's blog in a day or two. It was thick, luscious, and delicious with no cream. Yum.

I swung out Cellzilla on Canyon Watch. Another beautiful day. The green is coming in and it's looking really nice 7 months post fire.

Wordless Wednesday

Entertaining. We had guests over and a beautiful charcuterie board was brought in by guests. Supper good!

We had a little bit of rain last night and today. It was good to have it. Now I can relax over fires for a couple of days.

Tonight was all about using up the Covid pantry. Expiration dates are up so with some noodles, mushrooms, and shallots, a sauce was whipped up with some turkey meatballs and noodles. Pretty darn tasty and leftovers for tomorrow's lunch is happening.

I'm his mama now... Maybe.
