That’s a cool window nook. Do you ever use your old book pages in your journal as pockets, part of a page or anything else?

Oh yes! All of the time! With the Into The Blue book it is all mix media in an old book. I love using old pages that have been torn or cannot be used anymore. In fact, I buy old books for no more than $2 per book to do just that. However, if they are really old I have a hard time tearing them up. For the record, I read almost every book I buy unless it is new. I love the history part of book. On the other hand, even in this new book I have several tags made from book pages.
Thanks for the reply!

What an adorable bookcase that is above the window and all the wonderful books to read. Nothing like having great light to read by.

I love these! I have an old arithmetic book and an literature book I found in an antique shop for $1. There’s writing in both where they took notes. 🙂

Right! Those books taught it all back then and it is fun to see the teachings of the past.
